Cancellation and Payment Policy

Paying the deposit is your acknowledgement of these terms and agreements:

Please note that the final payment for the event is due 6 weeks before we begin (latest March 28th 2026.)

Failure to finalize payment by March 28th, 2026 may result in loss of your place and a forfeit of your deposit.  

We can accept wire/ACH transfers in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and AUD, credit card or Paypal payments. Bank and/or transfer fees are to be covered by the participant.

Cancellations:

Please notify us immediately in the event that you find yourself unable to attend or needing additional time to finalize payment for this unique experience.

Refunds & Cancellations — Women Who See in the Dark

Your deposit of $600 USD secures your space in the retreat.

The remaining balance is due six weeks before the training begins (by March 28, 2026).

If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible so we can do our best to fill your spot.

• Before March 28, 2026:
You’ll receive a full refund minus the $600 deposit.
• Between March 28 and April 18, 2026:
You’ll receive a 50% refund of your total tuition.
• After April 18, 2026:
Cancellations within three weeks of the retreat (after April 18) are non-refundable, as all costs will have been paid.

However, if we’re able to fill your spot, we’ll gladly refund any portion we can recover.

Once the retreat begins, no refunds or transfers can be offered for any reason (including illness or personal emergencies).

In the unlikely event that we must cancel (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances or global restrictions), all payments will be refunded in full minus any non-recoverable administrative fees.
