13 years of international facilitation with ISTA has given me a lot of experience of the highs and lows of holding transformational containers. I've spent over a decade regularly traveling to 10+ countries a year, holding space for groups of 40-65 people. Juggling jet-lag, shamanic states of non-ordinary consciousness and the intensity of 90 hour weeks is wonderful and challenging.

Doing what we love and following our soul purpose, is a huge honour. And, in my experience, it is easy to push our own boundaries and let our personal needs and personal life suffer without conscious attention to self-care as a priority.
